Please note, to use this feature, some member-only songs may require you to be a member of the relevant music platform or have purchased the platform's official album. Supported music apps include: Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube. Upon receiving the product, you need to set up NFC briefly. Make sure your phone has NFC functionality and it is enabled. For iPhones, touch the top of your phone to the album; for Android phones, any direction will work. Once NFC is detected, you can change songs at your convenience, with no limit on the number of times.
Return and Exchange Policy: Due to the customized nature of this product, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue.

Order-related issues

- If the package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact our online customer service or email us at ahhkawaii@outlook.com. We will request a proof of delivery from the shipping carrier to verify the specific delivery location. This process may take 3-15 days.
- If there's an address error before shipping, please contact us promptly. If it occurs after shipping, we offer free redelivery where possible. If not, we can refund half or resend for no more than 50% of the original order amount, pending confirmation. Thank you for your understanding and support.
